First Journey working in Organization

Joining a program in my second semester in my first year was a life-changing. My first program was National Urban Healthcare Carnival (NUHC) which was a mega program under college. I joined this program as to obtained new experience on how it feels like to work in an organization, how it is like to co-operate with people who I do not know. I went through a lot during the process to make this program a success. There are bad and good times along with it. Of course, I learnt a lot from many aspects. For example, how to deal with our teammates, with the organization members. This experience made me realize of my true strength and weakness. It made me realize “oh, this is how working environment would look like”. It made maturity and responsibility are two things that are crucial in myself. Thus, my communication and social skills have been improved from time to time. No words can describe how grateful I am for having this experience in my life. Ups and downs of matter are part of the journey, so at the end of the day, I guarantee you are going to be proud of yourself despite of any problems associated with it because you had the courage to challenge yourself to encounter problems and do things that are out of your comfort zone.
